The Blackwood
The Blackwood Valley is a highly awarded wine region pioneered in the 1800s, with the earliest wine grape planting in 1978. The regions climate is ideally suited to bold reds grown in deep duplex gravelly soils.
Our considerable planting of 60 hectares places us in the largest grower in the region. We are blessed to have fruit of such intensity and quality providing the foundation fruit for our iconic wines in our Blackwood Range.
